the location was perfect as it was close to many shops and restaurants. the room was clean and tidy, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Housekeeping services were efficient, and I was impressed by the creativity of the staff who made animal shapes out of bath towel. the breakfast provided was lovely and had a wide variety of options available.

The noise level in the hotel was sometimes disturbing, and the thin walls would amplify sounds from neighboring rooms.

The hotel had great ambience, and the staff was polite and friendly. the F&B services were impressive, with tasty food and efficient staff. the housekeeping was remarkable, keeping the rooms tidy and neat always. the creativity of the housekeeping team was also a plus point, as they made cute and funny animal figures out of bath towels that made my children excited and happy. the location of the hotel was convenient and accessible, with easy access to key spots around.

One of the setbacks I noticed was the presence of an annoying and constant buzzing sound throughout the night that kept me awake. I am not sure what was causing the sound, and I informed the hotel to resolve it.

The weekend at the hotel was amazing. I loved the fantastic ambiance and the great hospitality provided by the hotel staff. The F & B services team was too good, particularly the two ladies who served us were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job; they kept our rooms neat and tidy. The creativity of one of the staff members, who made animals out of bath towels, made my children excited and happy. The location was perfect; it was close to all the key places we wanted to visit.

That there was some buzzing sound throughout the night in the hotel that disturbed my sleep. I am not sure what it was, and I requested that the hotel check and resolve the issue.
